Luxury Car Detailing Services

Urban Shine  is a mobile detailing service. For us to carry out valeting at your place of work or home address we require a safe place to do what we do best 

Due to insurance purposes, we will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on small tight roads with insufficient space or in Pay and Display car parks.

All bookings are deposit-based, and bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Deposits are required via bank transfer or through our online booking system.  Deposits are non-refundable.  Deposit amounts differ depending on the service you are booking.

If for some reason Urban Shine  have to cancel and rearrange your booking due to reasons out of  our control, re arranged bookings  will be within 14 days of the original booking. If this is not achievable then a full refund of the deposit will be honoured.

Upon every booking you will be asked to read these Terms and Conditions, with doing so, you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to your email or phone number which you will of supplied upon booking.

Any booking cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the package booked, within 24 hours will be charged 100%.

All personal belongings left if the car when undergoing an interior clean will have a full inventory video and all non fixed items that is not rubbish will be gathered together and placed in a secure bag and given to you or left in the vehicle.
